Excellent book for explaining what happens with Afib for ordinary people like me. It has diagrams; talks about medicines; brief studies of why things were done for different scenarios since everybody is not alike. I got another copy to give to a friend and one for my brother-in-law, who also has Afib.

He then moves on to the various treatment options, illustrated with case histories. A must-read for those with AFib, and those who care about those with AFib.
